Hi all!

Real life really can interfere with fun stuff like riding and podcasting, can’t it? Work, travel, jury duty (ugh) and conferences have conspired against the production of another Fredcast for a few days. But have hope . . . a new Fredcast will be on the way any day. I promise!

    Get on it FRED!!!!!! glad to see you did not podfade on us and one is coming. over at triscoop.com we have been talking about changing all those old school roadbikes into fixed gear trainining bikes///// recycle the love!!!
