concerning cycling gear on ebay: one part of ebay and cycling that i know has rampant misrepresentation is the sale of old spinergy zipp wheels. many not so honest sellers will take these old wheels and put the newer version of decals on them to market them as better/newer than they are.
you can find good cycling stuff out there on ebay for sure, but do your research and buyer beware.
thanks for the great show as always!
Thanks for your thoughtful interview with Jon Winston. That was the best presentation of the bicycling side of this recent incident that I’ve encountered.
i havent had the time to listen to this pod cast yet, so excuse me if you have already mentioned this, but what happened to the power meter reviews ? are you still in the process of reviewing them ?
Thanks for the question about power meters, Dennis. I’ll be commenting on this on the next show, but in the meantime the bottom line is that I have had some lingering issues with a unit or two that I am working through with the manufacturers. Also, some of the manufacturers have been a little slow in sending me the evaluation units. Stand by for a little while longer and I will have the reviews on the air. Thanks!
ah, ok thanks 🙂
