    Hi David, Hi Emily,

    I listened to your show as I drove into work this morning from swim practice and even though I have listened to the Fred cast many times before, today I felt the need to let you know what a great job you are doing.

    Congratulations to you both on your successful ride across California, what a magnificent achievement and what a great opportunity for you to spend lots of time together.

    And from one cycling dad to another – David you are doing a great job and you really captured the spirit of cycling with your kids in this show. Emily sounds like a real chip off the old block; I’m not surprised that you are so proud of her.
