Garmin Mac Software in 7-10 Days?!?

I needed to call Garmin support for something today, so I asked about the forthcoming Mac software for the Edge. I was told that they are “hoping” to be able to release the Mac software in “the next 7-10 days.” Keep your fingers crossed.

By the way, have I told you how great I think their technical support team is? Sure, you sometimes have an extended wait on hold, but once you get them on the phone, they are top notch.

    You’re absolutely right, David. Garmin’s support is terrific. I wrote an email last week to ask about an intermittent problem with my cadence sensor. Within a few hours I got a return email asking me for my shipping information so they could mail me a new one no questions asked — no BS. And this is with my Edge 305 4 months out of warranty. I couldn’t agree more.
