I just tuned in to the pod cast for show 46. I purchased cyclo-core, cycle-zen and cyclo-speed 2 months ago and now having heard Graeme on your show I’m ready to dig into these training programs. At 56 and living in the Boulder Colorado area I need every bit of leverage I can manage to keep up with my 35 – 40 year old x racers.

We’ve caught up on your podcasts now after being a little bit behind, and I just wanted to say congratulations on your first anniversary. It’s a wonderfully informative show and we always look forward to it. The live broadcast was fun!
I also wanted to say that I’m glad you enjoyed my Ethel comment, and I really appreciate your including us in the news and gift lists, etc. Most of the show is certainly interesting and helpful to all listeners regardless of their gender. As a new cyclist, however, I’m still learning my way around, and Ethel-specific info such as the “gloves for smaller hands” can be hard to come by. So anything you think might help us Ethels out is most appreciated!!
