This Week’s Show . . . Slightly Delayed
Mar 13th, 2007 | By Fredcaster | Category: GeneralYou all know about the best laid plans, right? This week’s show falls into that category.
Yesterday, a critical computer at work decided to implode (sorry, I couldn’t find a photo of an imploding computer) so I was up all night working on its replacement. I will be working on it today all the way until I get on my plane to Washington, DC, for the League of American Bicyclists’ Bike Summit.
Expect a show in the next few days, but know that I’m dutifully working on more great FredCast stuff as I attend this year’s Bike Summit.
In the meantime, if there’s anything you want me to tell your government about cycling, or if there is anything you’d like me to check out at the Bike Summit, just shoot me an email. If you’re attending, please find me and introduce yourself. I would love to meet you!
Thanks, as always, for your patience and for listening to The FredCast!
Ah, the infamous criticality circuit strikes again. Installed in all high tech equipment; the criticality circuit can detect the urgency of the information being worked on and increases the odds of equipment failure accordingly.
The criticality circuit first made its appearance in photo copier equipment.
I’m assuming it was a work PC, David. ‘Cos Macs never fail, hey?
Yes, in fact it was a PC.
