This might be a bit late for the Christmas list (or maybe you’ve covered it in the past), but I wanted to let you know about a piece of jewelery that I got a year ago that keeps getting comments from my cycling buddies. A gear ring from Kinekt. It’s made out of stainless steel and a more of a toy than jewelery.

David – great FredCast, as usual. Really looking forward to more in 2012! I have a suggestion for your under $50 category: The Cygolite HotShot USB tail light. It retails for $39.95 at Jenson USA and other retailers. This light is extremely bright. It’s so bright, I even got a compliment from a motorist about how easy it was to see me. That’s never happened before. For the price, I don’t think this thing can be beat – especially with the USB charging capability.
