Way to go Fredcast family!!! I couldn’t ride this year due to schedule conflicts but I was thinking of you all over the weekend.
Bravo Fredcast Family! I rode in the Bike MS Cape Cod Getaway (2 days/150 miles) in Massachusetts with Team EMD/Serono Reason To Ride. It was my very first group ride (I’ve only been cycling for 2 months) and I have to admit, the event was top notch. A life changing experience for sure. Next up, CF Cycle for Life, and hopefully next year I can do the 100/75 MS 2 Day ride!
